Starting from 15th August 2021, Special Amendment Fee will be charged according to different nature of the Amendment Requests and at different levels to customers who have concealed, omitted or misstated any particulars in Description of Goods:

Notes:

1. Non-hazardous cargo with Special declaration requirements, including but not limited to goods with special loading requirements, non-hazardous chemicals and batteries

2. Misdeclaration fee applies to export goods shipped from any port in mainland China to all ports of destination

3. The Carrier and Shanghai Olive Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd.. have the right to withhold the goods and refuse to change commodity until the customer pays special amendment fee.

 

We hereby request our customers to declare commodity correctly when booking to ensure the consistency of manifest, customs declaration and bill of lading. No concealment, omission or misstatement is allowed. Otherwise, corresponding special amendment fee shall be paid.
